The last sealed, NIB Apple IIGS I recall seeing was a ROM 3, that went for $400 - that was just the CPU, with KB and mouse and no other accessories. That was quite awhile ago and the going price for NIBs has risen since.

I've seen a few other alleged NIB units (open box) sell for about $400-$500.

I estimate a sealed, NIB specimen is $600-$800. Maybe even higher if it were on eBay where prices sometimes defy reason.
