Re: Disk images...
Yesterday, I setup Basilisk II. Excellent 68K Mac emulator. I used it to
load and install Disk Copy 6.3.3. Then I used DisK Copy to mount the Apple
II SCSI Utilities image... just to find out that those are the Utilities for
the High Speed card. RATS!!!!!
Do you know what bugs me the most about these SCSI cards? Unlike every other
piece of equipment designed for the Apple II, these old SCSI cards didnt
come with any programming instructions or drivers!!! I have the original REV
B card, the original disks, and the box, but no programming instructions.
Fortunately someone has offerred to send me a REV C ROM. At least that'll
let me use chinook! I guess I'm going to have to find some smartport
documentation to learn how to program it.
