CP/M disks came in various low-level formats. A lot of the CP/M computers
used the same format since they had the same disk drives, but Apple II CP/M
disks use a low-level format to match Apple's 5.25" drive. You can read
Apple CP/M disks using the old Apple II System Utilities (I know you can
catalogue the disk, you might be able to copy files too) or with Copy II+.
