Are you sure you know what you picked up? The 6503 is a 28-pin CPU
with a 4k address range. (12 address bits). It's not a ROM, and it's
not an enhanced 6502. It's a baby brother to the 6502, quite suitable
for microcontroller applications, but not much else. If it's plugged
into the 6502 socket, it should leave quite a few pins open for one
purpose or another, and the entire IIc doesn't work.
