I'm not aware of anything for this version. Apple never released the
source, of course.
Quality Software did publish a supplement to Beneath Apple ProDOS which
provided comments for a disassembly of both the ProDOS kernel and
BASIC.SYSTEM. These were for early versions (PRODOS as late as 1.3, not
sure for BASIC.SYSTEM), but they are likely to be still very relevant to
a current version.
Byte Works was selling these supplements.
