No, not to my knowledge, unless you try to go for a 'composite <--> VGA'
adapter. These adapters gives a picture all-right, but the quality is not
particularly good, at least on the adapters I've seen so far.
Another approach could be to use a "Video Turtle" S-Video adapter on a
quality TV-set. I guess other people on the NG would fill-in the details on
where to source this equipment.
I think this adapter only supports the NTSC-TV-set standard.
--> On my own IIC I use a 14" Commodore 1084S digital RGB monitor
originally used with the Commodore128 and Amiga. You will need a 'Video-7
enhancer' to be fitted on your IIC-video expansion with the CGA style DB9
connector.
