As I understand the copyright law, Mrs. Bredon has the right to distribute this.
Glen was not an employee of Roger Wagner. He created this software on his own
and Roger Wagner was simply the distributor. The only possible problem would be
any version which Roger Wagner specifically requested for marketing under his
label. In this case, it would most likely be the Merlin 8/16 version which came
out before the Merlin GS version.

Another possible point. This was Mr. Bredon's personal copy of this program and
source code and quite possibly customized for his use. Since this version was
never distributed, it most likely belongs to his heir along with any of his
other possessions.
