You can download the system software from Apple. It's in the form of disk
images, which you can transfer to floppy if you have access to a Mac.
Shrinkit is available in all the archives. You should probably start out by
reading over the faq:

You can probably get someone to mail you the disks, if you have no other way
to get them, just ask. Welcome to the family.
