Highly doubtful.  What you have to realize is that their only other
option was to say something along the lines of "we don't worry as much
about abandonware."  Obviously, they're not going to say that.  It would
be like inviting people to swap Microsoft's "abandoned" products.

Remember that the MS rep also admitted to not knowing what abandonware
was until this interview.  Hardly sounds like they're actively going
after the abandonware sites, woudln't you say?
