Maximum height seems to be about two and seven eighths(2.875) inchs
above the slots in the II+ and IIe. Everyone seemed to use 2.75" as
maximun though . If the card is going to extend more than 4.5" forward
from the front of the slot then if it's going to fit in a IIe or II+,
then the front of the card would need to be cut at an angle card would
have to be angled.
The bigest card I have is my applicard which is pretty close to the
maximum size you'll get ai all Apple IIs so I'll scan that and email
you the sizes on it.
