If it's just the IIe and the Mac a printer cable will do the trick but if you
wish to hook up more than two then you'll need the AppleTalk connectors

In my setup I'm using a Color Classic as a servor. It's connected to a IIgs
and a IIe with a workstation card via AppleTalk connectors and another
Mac via Ethernet. All 3 of these other computers can read and write to the
Color Classics hard drive so it's easy to transfer files back and forth

I believe I saw that on Apples Website. If you can't find it email me and I'll
dig out my Workstation card floppy.

I've never heard of any

I don't believe it does

It could help. I have a IIe card that I was using in my Color Classic. I had a
ProDOS partition on the Macs hard drive that the IIe card booted off of.
As I recall I was never able to access the HFS portion of the Macs HD with
the IIe card. However the Mac could access the ProDOS partition and transfer
files there which were available to the IIe card when it was booted.
