You might find it easier to just take a "shotgun approach" and reseat all of
the chips. This should only take an hour or so, or a little longer if you
blow out each socket with some canned air (wouldn't be a bad idea). Between
that, disassembing/cleaning the keyboard, and replacing the dead power
supply, I got my II+ working.
