The only one who I see seriously protesting that is Jeff Blakeney, and he does
not gnash teeth at all. He's quite sensible about presenting his argument.

Each individual has their own thoughts about what is serious and what is to be
ignored. In my case, it was my friends' work which was uploaded while it was
still current or permission was never given. I believe others have had similar
experiences. The whole thing is very unfortunate. I hope that things calm down
now so we can move on with new (legal) releases, new web sites, etc.
