IW-1 User Manual part 2?

Does anyone have the User Manual Part 2 for the ImageWriter 1?

I believe that part 1 is the User Manual, and Part 2 is the Technical
Manual.

Specifically what I would like to know is what it wants the SuperSerial card
switch settings to be at.

If anyone has the Part 2 manual, and you're interested in selling it, let me
know and I'll buy it.
