The card with a male and female RCA plugs would be an 80 column card.
Generally used on a II & II+, the male plug would plug into the IIs video
out jack while the usual video cable would then plug into the female RCA
plug.  The card of course would normally go in slot 3. A much better card
than the one I first got wiyh my II+ years ago.
