Good news, sort of. It seems the Voodoo card (at least mine) doesn't like
the 600x400 mode. However, my ATI Xpert@Play 98 does. The new full screen
mode is cool.

The system doesn't always run full mode. It returns to windoe mode during
function menus. I've only checked a few graphics, they seem to have the
same problem as the windowed mode. Color adjustment via F3 configuration
menu may come in handy.
