I think that that is the speed of the processor, but it isn't run that
fast.  I believe it's 'underclocked'.

Press 0 (zero) while turning on your Transwarp equipped IIe, and it
will do its self test.  It reports 3.5-3.6 Mhz.  (It will jump back and
forth between the two, see below)

The IIe's processor runs at 1.023 Mhz (according to the AII reference
manual, page 3)

1.023(processor speed) X 3.5 (times faster) = 3.58 Mhz.  The processor
speed check is based on cycles between VBL periods (I think.  I know
that is the way that other speed testers work), and it would make since
then that the speed jumps between 3.5-3.6 Mhz due to the inaccuracy of
detecting the absolute start/end of VBL.

I'll do an experiment later with the Transwarp IIe to test if it does
use the 7M signal on the expansion bus for its clock.
