If Gudat happens to have an email or other form of
communication from Apple.Corp that shows, in writing
that the corporation is aware of Bernie and the
links to the ROM info, then this would be an implicit
release to allow copying, and would I think, stand up
in any court as agreement on the part of Apple.Corp via
a company representative, to release the information.
To NOT have asked would have been piracy, but I have
a feeling that this isn't the case, and the cry of
"double-standard" doesn't appy.  :)
