I haven't read the FAQ, but there was another printer made by C. Itoh between
the Silentype and the first Imagewriter, and that was the Apple DMP. I don't
remember the C. Itoh model number, but the Apple version was merely relabeled
with some alterations to the ROM code in the printer. BTW, the printer ribbon
in the DMP is the same as for the first two Imagewriters.
