I live near enough to visit Software and More.  If you'd like I could go
visit them and see what I can do in person.  They have a hole in the wall
shop and short hours.  I think they try to do a good job, but as you say
things are reshrink wrapped and carelsessly put together.  

Perhaps the webmaster to the A2 webring would be the person to complain
to.
