Especially now that the price is only $10 more, I would highly recommend
the DAH000R drive with the System software and Internet utilities.  If you
don't already have AppleWorks or AppleWorks GS, get the GS version for an
additional $10.

My experience was unique becuase I bought my drive when they were
switching from an older setup to this new one.  I was (IMO) overcharged
for the drive, but only by $10.  I wish they had been willing to work with
me to maybe send me the AWGS for free to compensate me, but it didn't work
out that way.  All in all, however, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I still think they offer a great service to the Apple II community.  Just
make sure you order over the phone (rather than using the web order form
where orders can get lost in the shuffle).  Also, the instructions
included with the drive suggest you install in slot 7.  I found that to be
a bad choice (not sure why - maybe the distance from the power supply),
but using slot 2 worked much better for me.
