Maybe because there are spending their time trying to do something
about yet another site illegally distributing software?  This might be
a little difficult as that site appears to have been hacked.  Take a
look at http://www.bouncepass.com and see what it says.

Oh, and just because people are working to stop more illegal
activities on the net doesn't mean that they have to post here about
what they are doing.
