I use PublishIt! and BeagleWrite with a IIe, TransWarp and MouseCard and have
no problems whether there's a joystick attached or not.. So far the only hardware
incompatibilities I've run across are cards that need to do DMA. Offhand I don't
recall any programs that refused to run.
Have you tried the ZipChip or TransWarp on more than one IIe?
