The ZIP isn't very compatible with certain interface cards (so I've
heard/read).
I've never had ANY troubles running BeagleWrite/Multiscribe on an
accelerated system (transwarp) with the mouse card (apple II mouse card)
There is a switch you can flip on the Transwarp that slows access down
to the 'language card' I think. It is the switch that doesn't control
any of the slots 1-7. YOu might try to flip it. I never had to flip
the switch on my board to get stuff to work. You also might want to
flip the switches on the Transwarp to slow access to your Mouse Card
slot. Certain cards won't run at accelerated speeds, and this could be
your problem (I can't remember if my mouse is accelerated or not)
Joystick programs don't run good on my GS running a TranswarpGS. The
joystick hardware is timing sensitive, so Joystick programs are a
problem with certain accelerators. The ZIP GS has a neat feature for
using the Joysticks and the original Apple II speaker. I wish the TWGS
had the features the Zip does.
