Some select few - anyone smart enough to pay the $35 fee before whatever
you claimed happened happened, if it did. :-) Sadly, I wasn't one of the
smart ones.

I don't see how you figure that. At this moment I'm also in the A2 forum,
and there are new posts all over the place.

So Delphi is dumb. So was Genie, Prodigy, The Source, and even Compuserve.
All lost out, one way or another to AOL, usually by bad business decisions.
Prodigy went down because they couldn't afford to do Y2K updates to their
software because there were too few people using it. Delphi's decision had
nothing to do with the Apple ][ forums there, at least not them alone.
