Do you have the original cable from the printer card with the Centronics
connector at the printer end?
If you have that, and a multimeter, it should be a few minutes with the
meter, a pencil and paper, and you'll know the pinout at the interface
card end. From that, you know the standard DB-25 pinout, so you can
make/acquire the right cable.
Just recently I was diddling around with some 26-pin-rise to DB-25
parallel port cables (to connect the riser on my newer motherboard to a
parallel port out the back), and I found there are at least two pinouts
in the collection of cables I have on hand. Perhaps one of these
pinouts will match your card, and if you have some of these cables, your
job will be finished.
