While downloading illegal archives  is piracy in my book just the same as
uploading them, I don't believe qc was a serious perpetrator in that incident.
He was actually very helpful. Not giving me the name prevents us from opening
up the mail group to the public, that's all. We don't miss them - most did not
say anything anyway (we don't allow lurkers).
