Beagle Basic

I just received the product of an auction - a copy of Beagle Basic with
documentation on a 5 1/4" floppy.  Unfortunately, the disk seems to have
some problems.  Copy II couldn't verify the disk - errors were found.
I'm assuming this product is compatible with an Apple IIgs...

Now that I legitimately own a copy of this software (yes, it's
authentic), where might I find a _working_ copy?

Also, in GS/OS, can I access my 5 1/4 drive?  If so, how?

BTW: I am asking before consulting FAQs.  I'll do that now.  If the
answers to any of these questions are found there, I would appreciate if
someone would point out which FAQ to refer.  Thanks again!
