Hiya, **** **** ... Or would you prefer to be addressed as
ASS TRICKS?
*>Ah. I always knew that you intellectual property nazi's
were the 'letter of
*>the law' rather than the 'spirit of the law'.
You're such an idiot, ASS TRICKS. Nazi's TOOK things. Like
property, lives, etc. They certainly didn't PROTECT things
like intellectual property.
Perhaps you should come up with a witty analogy that doesn't
leave folks thinking you have your head up your ass.
You'll certainly have to explain how the "spirit of the law"
(whatever the hell that is) means you can steal folks
property at will.
*>Not that such a situation might ever happen to you, but if
given the choice
*>of someone technically breaking a law, and yet committing
no ethical
*>transgression, and the alternate of someone finding some
loophole, and
*>committing a grievous sin, would you choose the former or
the latter?
Hey, this is YOUR little straw man. You're using terms like
"breaking a law" while committing "no ethical transgression",
but I think you'd have explain how this could be. It's like
entering into the realm of "square circles".
And laws are generally written to stifle "grievous sins". If
a law has such a loophole that allows this "sin", it is the
fault of the law and the lawmakers and gets modified.
*>The latter sounds an awful lot like what I suspect
politicians, lawyers, and
*>corporate executives doing on at least a yearly
basis(monthly, weekly?). But
*>of course, these types must be your heroes, so that's
hardly an insult.
Well, you'd be guessing wrong, ASS TRICKS. But I have a
pretty good idea of who YOUR Apple II heroes are. And that
can't help but be an insult. ;)
*>You lousy fucking software pirates are at it again!!!
Getting permission
*>isn't enough, you have to have the proper permits, papers
and other legal
Ah.. an attempt at humour. Not a bad try, ASS TRICKS. But
really, permission would be quite enough. ;)
*>documentation proofread signed and notarized, and filed in
the accepted
*>fashion. *Grin*
Have a good one, ASS TRICKS.
