So-----basically what you're saying Tom, is the same thing
you've said before--you really don't have proof that
you've got permission for posting the book, and you
feel yourself above the same conventions that the
Lost Classics folk and the Treasure Chest follow by
getting the permission in writing (or email with full
headers) and having them available.  It's not necessary
here because we can trust your honesty and civility
to be up front with us when you tell us you have
permission.  It would neve have been necesary for you,
when you got this "phone conversation permission" to
also ASK FOR AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, huh?

I keep honestly hoping that people who read CSA2 aren't
that gullible.  I really keep hoping that.
