I just tried:

  .s16	RAW 'pdos' 'PS16' "GS/OS Executable" and it worked!

Does anyone know any others?  Specifically, I really need to know:

  .sea
  .shk
  .sdk
  .exe (Prodos 8 executables)
  .cda
