Help for RamGS Card

I have a 4 MB RamGS card for the Apple GS computer. It is a 4MB with
2MB populated. I want to know if anyone knows what kind of chips goes
in this card and where to get them. the chips don't look like
standard ic chips. it would be like if you took an ic and laid it on
it's side so skinny side is up. the pins are on this skinny side.
