I believe if hardware 80 column support is available, it would be invoked
automatic; when I was running CP/M on a Taiwanese ][+ clone with Videx card
clone, it has always automatically invoked 80 column mode. file://e's in
school also does this with Apple 80 column card automatically.
As for 800k drive support... sorry, no clue (pretty sure someone out there
knows something though :)
