My late 1983 //e system came with 3 disks: "DOS 3.3 System Master",
"Apple Presents Apple" and a third disk called "Sample Programs".
The last one had APPLEVISION, BRICK-OUT and ANIMALS among other
programs.

I don't know how they were packaged, ie which disk(s) came from
the //e or Disk ][ box.
