A system test produces a "System Good" report. Unless ProDOS uses a
C:\ prompt, which isn't there, I wouldn't know if I was in ProDOS or
not. 
However, there's some combination of keys, e.g., control, Option,
Escape, that will produce a screen that lists all of the files on, I
think, the floppy System disk. If it is, it's unlike any Directory
listing I've seen before. It lists the version number (4.3) after the
file name. That caught my eye, because the OS is 6.0.1.
I found this out by accident as I was messing up the key combination
that gets me to the Control Panel.
I have the manuals for a GS II, and I'm a voracious document reader.
But, the problems I'm having aren't addressed. That's why I appreciate
so much the help from you folks.
