OS 7.5 translation problem

Hello,
I want to install Appearance Manager on a german OS 7.5.

In the ReadMe I found: ".. remove the WindowShade and Color items from your
Control Panels folder".

On german OS 7.5 there is no WindowShade item, and no Color item. What does
these items do? They are part of OS 7.5?
