The RamWorks II can hold from 64k to a maximum of 1mb. It can use
either 64 or 256k chips. While you could fill the empty sockets with 64k
chips from a IIe, it seems sort of a waste when you can pick up 256k
chips for next to nothing.
The RamWorks requires dynamic RAM with a speed of 200ns or faster.
A few examples of 256k #s that'll work on RamWorks are:
P21256-08
KM41256AP-12
MB81256-15
D41256C-10
Almost all of my RAM chips were pulled from old PCs.
