Correct, assuming your motherboard has eight RAM chips. This is the
case for the original IIe case/motherboard, i.e. the one _without_ the
numeric keypad built in.
The newer "platinum" model (with built-in numeric keypad) uses a pair of
64Kx4 RAM chips, so the fault would probably be in the rightmost of the
pair.
