I would say use Shrinkit, but to do so, you will need an HD to
store the image on. I can't think of anything like you are asking
for. However, you can use the emulator Apple Oasis to link the
two systems and let the emulator access the drive and copy the
disk to an emulator file. From here, you can either Shrinkit the
image or just use the disk image for backup.
