ProSel 8 can be found at:

     http://www.gno.org/pub/apple2/prodos/utils/launchers/prosel/

ProSel 16 can be found at:

     http://www.gno.org/pub/apple2/gs.specific/utils/launchers/

They are also available from Delphi if you happen to have a premium
account.

I haven't checked Ground or the TFF Enterprises sites.
