I can't think of any reason why I would upload it (although if Apple would give
me permission, I'd do it in a second!). Everyone I know already owns it. I
don't know anybody who paid SQC's full price.

Possibly new sales. Updates were going on up to the very end - we warned people
endlessly to update before it was too late. Lots of people did.
