More Orphan cards

I was given some A2 cards. They came with no manuals or software. It looks
like there might be some missing parts. As I look at these, I am struggling
to find a basic vocabulary to describe. Does anyone check/fix boards? How can
I identify the missing cables and parts? Are they worth fixing? If I
install a card in a GS how can I determine it's ok?

1. AE Parallel Pro. Has an adb 25 cable. Is that all it needs? 2.
Mockingboard has nothing attached. I Sweet Microsystems "Speech Development
System". 3. 2 Super Serial cards, no cables. What are the cables called. I
esume that Alltech has them. 4. Super Sonic Digitizer.	What does this do? 5.
Midi interface by Passport Designs. What does this go with/do? 6. Mountain
Computer Music System - needs a cable.	Anything else? 7. Unnamed card has
Z80A-CPU-D and Sharp 234DC on the big chip. A set of dip 4 switches in the
upper middle and a red ligth top middle. 8. PC Transporter. I had one a long
time ago. I assume the card that reads AE color switch is the second video
card. It looks like all is there. GSAUG has has the system software Rev
2.0.2 and a video for installation, but I don't have a drive for it.

Any information will be helpful.
