Perhaps it is just a regular Taiwan clone?
These boards were copies of the REV7 Apple ][ (without the memory size
jumper blocks). They were sold with different names (like Orange II,
Mewa 48, PC48, Telstar, ...) and empty boards were also available.
In 1985, an unpopulated Apple II clone mainboard did cost around $50,
that was 10% the price od a complete Taiwan clone and 3%(?) of a real
Apple ][plus.
If some of the wires run to slot 7, they supply signals for a video (PAL
or SECAM) card.
