Well, if it's an Apple memory card that says APPLE IIGS MEMORY EXPANSION,
then it's maximum capacity is 1mb. With the Apple card each bank of 8 is 256k.
DMA isn't a problem with this card.
With a ROM 3 this card is acceptable but in a ROM 1 it's really too small.
If you have to buy chips to fill it, I'd think you'd be better off putting the
money
toward a larger memory card from Altech.
