Depends on what your goal is, there are MANY devices that will convert
between ethernet and LocalTalk, even some that will encapsulate TCP/IP
packets, and that is only marginally slower than the SCSI/Ethernet
converters.

Personally I would just use an old Shiva FastPath and not worry about it.
(this is one of the boxes that will encapsulate TCP/IP packets) OTOH I
have them and sell them, so maybe I have a bias.
