Focus-SCSI

Hi,
  Another small question. Can you formatt the focus HD for Dos 3.3 then
store the Dos3.3 on to a zip, jaz, via a Apple SCSI or Ramfast as a
folder or partition?
   If you could store it, what type of partition ProDos or HFS?
