You're right about this case, but it wasn't based on software coming in a
sealed envelope with an agreement on the envelope. As I recall, these were
purchased dirctly through Lotus on a corporate account and licensing was
"signed" by the parties involved.

Like I said earlier, both parties must agree to the "contract" or it is not a
contract. If a person can't read English and buy Photoshop, is he bound by a
language he doesn't understand? Doubtful at best!!! ;)
