Apple II GS boot disks

I am looking for any way at all to create apple II gs boot media.  I
have pcs, macs, unix systems and a IIgs.  I can't find any way at all to
create bootable media, either dos 3.3 or prodos, so I can use the IIgs.
Anyone have any ideas?  Every method I have seen so far requires me to
have a boot disk for the IIgs.  I have both 5.25" and 3.5" drives for
the IIgs.

Any help is appreciated.
