While we are talking about pld word processors does any one remember wordplus? 
I sure loved that program back in the early 80's.  But it was discontinued for
some reason.  That was sad to me.  Past beyond 286 it wouldn't work any more
because it would always poll the printer before printing and on faster machines
it would take too long to reset the printer after polling and you would get a
printer not ready error.
