I doubt it...
MS and Apple made their headway primarily due to the GUI.
It hasn't been until very recently that the linux zealots even
acknowledged that a GUI is a *necessity* for the majority of the
populous. According to them, command line interfaces are a MUST and
EVERYONE should understand and use them :)
I love linux for what it does. But it has a LONG way to go before it
is ready for the "corporate desktop". And that is where all the $$$
and market share REALLY is.
